Role Description
As Valtech RADON’s new Head of Finance, you will work closely with our CEO, leadership team and Business department, including Account and Project managers. You will play an essential role in the heartbeat of RADON. We are looking for someone with a degree in finance, accounting, business or similar. You have 5 + years of experience in a similar role within finance or accounting.

What You Will Be Doing
• Own end-to-end financial operations, from FP&A and budgeting to cash flow management
• Responsible for all contact regarding PE Accounting, our partner for the outsourced accounting function
• Own the company’s budgeting and forecasting procedure
• Continuous process improvement and automation to enable the business to scale
• Responsible for monthly reporting and business reviews for leadership and Valtech
• Lead on tax and statutory compliance
• Responsible for all contact with auditors and other external parties regarding finance.

In addition, the role also means that you are actively involved in running and developing the business with others in the management team and working closely with the CEO as a sounding board.

Who You Are
• You have a degree in finance, accounting, business or another related field.
• You have 5 + years of experience in a similar role
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• You are a curious and unprestigious person who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for your own projects/processes
• You are not afraid to tackle exciting challenges as well as necessary administrative tasks
