Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategic B2B Copywriter, eager to collaborate with our whole house of talent - directors, designers, editors, developers, paid strategists, social media specialists, and of course, other creatives.

This role is critical to enhancing our ability to transform creative concepts into finalised assets mainly for an audience of professional buyers. The ideal candidate will work closely with the creative team, contributing client insights, developing message platforms, and ensuring that core creative concepts are executed effectively across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team and the Creative Director (CD) to develop, refine and execute messaging strategies based on defined creative direction.

• Lead the development of copy across multiple channels, including online, social, and print, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Own smaller projects such as reports and presentations (PPT), working directly with clients to deliver impactful, high-quality content.

• Serve as a key player in the creative process, embracing and adapting core creative ideas while maintaining their integrity across different assets and platforms.

• Understand client challenges and offerings to advocate for and against creative ideas and directions, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand messaging.

• Contribute to the overall strategy of creative development, providing both strategic insight and tactical execution of messaging platforms and copy.

We would love if you have:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the field.

• Professional-level English proficiency with a refined ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for B2B audiences.

• Proven experience in writing for online/social media platforms, understanding tone, style, and engagement strategies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work directly with clients and internal teams.

• A creative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs while maintaining strategic consistency.

• Ability to lead and manage smaller creative projects independently.

• In-depth knowledge of B2B markets and understanding of client challenges.

• A passion for creative storytelling and strategic messaging.

• A curious mindset and an eagerness to push boundaries with the help of AI
