Wondering about the name Valtech Radon? 4 years ago we were acquired by the global experience innovation company Valtech, who wanted to add a creative edge to its 6,500-people operation across 20 countries. We work with some of Sweden’s and the world’s most recognised brands – Including Byggmax, Ericsson, Eton, Husqvarna, RFSU and P&G brands like Head & Shoulders, Pantene and Olay. Your mission
You’ll be at the heart of our business growth – leading key client relationships while driving new opportunities forward. You understand how brands grow, how to guide clients strategically and how to translate business needs into creative and digital solutions. You're a trusted advisor, a persuasive seller and a team leader who brings out the best in those around you. You love creativity, are curious about AI, but foremost, you live for the hunt, landing new clients and keeping the agency top of mind.
In this role, you will
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, tapping into your network and beyond – working closely with our Head of Growth, Business team and the Global Valtech organisation.
• Even if your focus is growth, we believe it is valuable to have 1 or 2 clients to better understand the agency and be part of developing our offering.
• Drive annual account planning, pitch development and long-term brand and comms strategy.
• Collaborate across disciplines – from strategy and creative to production and tech – to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Inspire, mentor and empower your team to consistently deliver top-tier work.
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development at a creative or digital agency – generating minimum 20 million SEK/year in revenue.
• A strong, relevant industry network and an instinct for connecting people and ideas.
• A proven track record of winning, growing and retaining client business.
• Strategic clarity, creative sensitivity and excellent communication skills, in both English and Swedish.
• A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset – you make things happen and bring others with you.
