About Valtech Radon

Wondering about the name Valtech Radon? 4 years ago we were acquired by the global experience innovation company Valtech, who wanted to add a creative edge to its 6,500-people operation across 20 countries. We work with some of Sweden’s and the world’s most recognised brands – Including Byggmax, Ericsson, Eton, Husqvarna, RFSU and P&G brands like Head & Shoulders, Pantene and Olay. Are you our new Senior Strategic Project Manager?

We are looking for an experienced and strategically skilled Project Manager who loves to guide – and challenge – their clients and project teams. You are someone who naturally enjoys juggling several things at once and gets a kick out of closing deals. Most importantly, you are a great team player and strive to always get the most out of yourself and your team members.

What you will be doing

• Working on 2-4 client accounts independently
• Identify and realize long-term business opportunities for your clients
• Ensuring all parts of your projects (from strategy, idea, execution, and activation) work seamlessly together
• Be a strategic advisor to our clients, and set the strategic direction for your projects sometimes together with a strategist, sometimes on your own
• Conveying clients' needs to the Radon team and being part of finding the best solutions
• Working with clients on a day-to-day basis by, for example, setting project-specific budgets and/or time plans and handling feedback rounds
• Building proposals and taking part in pitching for both new and pre-existing clients

Who you are

• You love hanging out with clients and guiding them in strategic decision-making
• You are multifaceted, you have a great understanding of business, a strategic mindset, and a creative feel
• You've spent at least 5 years working as a strategic project manager or planner at a communications agency (or similar)
• You understand the entire campaign process, from strategy to activation, and you know what it takes to succeed
• You have hands-on experience in film and still photography productions
• You have great instincts – especially when it comes to separating good from outstanding
• You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English – and are a Keynote wizard
• You have a can-do, positive attitude and enjoy seeing hard work and creativity pay off at the end of the day
